Welcome to OILDECO. We are committed to delivering your made-to-order artwork in perfect condition. Please review the shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is prepared, verified, and delivered.

Our Unique Creation & Processing Time

Each artwork is made to order. Studio creation, review, varnishing, framing when selected, and protective packaging usually take about 8 to 12 business days before dispatch.

During this period, our team may contact you to confirm artwork details or share progress and final previews when needed. If a preview approval step applies to your order, packing and dispatch begin after approval.

Shipping Destinations & Transit Time

We currently accept orders for the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries. The destinations available at checkout are our current shipping coverage.

Once dispatched, express delivery by DHL or FedEx usually takes about 3 to 7 business days. Transit time may occasionally vary due to weather, customs processing, seasonal carrier backlogs, or remote delivery areas.

Shipping Cost, Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Free express shipping is included for every destination available at checkout.

United States, Canada, and Australia: Applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the product price. No additional import or courier clearance charge is due at delivery.

United Kingdom and European Union countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility. The courier may request payment before or upon delivery. Rates and thresholds are determined by the destination's authorities and the carrier.

Government- and courier-assessed import charges are separate from OILDECO's free express shipping.

Order Tracking

As soon as your approved artwork is handed over to DHL or FedEx, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you. Tracking updates usually become active within 24 hours after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout. A valid phone number is highly recommended so the courier can contact you if needed.

If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible during the 8 to 12 business day creation window at support@oildeco.com. Once the package has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
