Welcome to OILDECO! We are committed to delivering your premium artwork in perfect condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is prepared, verified, and delivered.

Our Unique Creation & Processing Time Because each piece of artwork at OILDECO is custom-made and tailored to your specific preferences, our creation and verification process takes approximately 10 to 12 business days before dispatch.

During this period, our team will communicate closely with you to share the artwork details and sync the creative progress. We strictly follow a "satisfaction guaranteed" workflow—your order will only be securely packed and shipped once you have reviewed and approved the final preview.

Shipping Destinations & Transit Time To maintain the highest level of logistics quality, we currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada.

We partner with premium express carriers, DHL and FedEx, to ensure your framed artwork is handled with the utmost care. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time to your doorstep is 3 to 7 business days. Please note that transit times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance delays or seasonal carrier backlogs.

Shipping Cost We are proud to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders across our store. There is no minimum order value required, and no hidden logistics fees at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs To provide a seamless shopping experience, all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are completely included in the product price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier upon the delivery of your package.

Order Tracking As soon as your approved artwork is handed over to DHL or FedEx, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you within 24 hours. You will be able to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout. Since we use premium express couriers, a valid phone number is highly recommended for the delivery driver to contact you. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately during the 10-12 day creation window at support@oildeco.com. Once the package has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
