Yes. Oildeco focuses on hand-painted canvas artwork, including abstract, textured, coastal, landscape, botanical, and figure-inspired pieces. Because each work is painted by hand, small variations in brushwork, texture, and tone are part of the finished piece.

The composition, color direction, and overall mood will follow the product image. Natural hand-painted variation is expected, especially on textured pieces. This is what keeps the artwork from feeling flat or mass-produced.

For many pieces, small adjustments can be requested before production begins. Send us the product link and the change you have in mind. We will let you know whether it is suitable for that artwork.

When studio review is available for your order, we can share progress or finished artwork photos before the piece leaves our studio. If you want this step, mention it when you contact us after placing the order.

For artwork above furniture, choose a piece around two-thirds to three-quarters of the furniture width. If the wall is open, the ceiling is high, or the room is minimal, moving up one size usually feels more finished.

Most products include rolled canvas plus frame options such as black, silver, white, wood, gold, and light coffee frames. Available options can vary by artwork and size, so the product page is the final reference.

Rolled canvas is shipped without a frame or stretcher. It is a good choice if you want to frame locally, match an existing interior frame style, or reduce shipping volume for very large pieces.

Framed artwork is prepared for easier display, but hanging hardware and wall requirements can vary by destination and wall type. We recommend checking the package on arrival and using hardware suitable for your wall.

Yes. Oildeco offers free express shipping to the U.S., Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are included for these supported destinations.

Most orders need about 8-12 business days for artwork creation, review, varnishing, framing when selected, and protective packaging. After dispatch, express delivery by DHL or FedEx usually takes about 3-7 business days. Weather, customs, and carrier delays can add extra time.

Orders ship by DHL or FedEx, selected according to the destination and artwork size. A tracking number will be shared once the order ships.

Artwork is packed carefully with protective wrapping, reinforced corners, and appropriate outer packaging for the selected format. Large and framed works receive extra protection before dispatch.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the artwork, outer package, and inner packaging. For confirmed shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items, OILDECO will cover reasonable return costs and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, repainting, replacement, or a refund.

Eligible standard artwork can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the artwork must remain unhung, unaltered, and in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. After authorization, the artwork must be handed to the return carrier within 14 days. Custom artwork is not eligible for change-of-mind returns after dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Custom orders canceled after studio work has begun but before dispatch may incur a USD 100 material fee when that fee was disclosed and agreed before production. Once custom artwork has been dispatched, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights relating to damaged, faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed artwork.

Inspect the package before discarding any wrapping. If there is damage, keep the packaging and take clear photos. This helps us work with the carrier and resolve the issue more efficiently.

Yes. We can review requests for custom size, color direction, composition, or artwork mood. The more specific your wall photo, dimensions, and reference direction are, the better we can advise.

Yes. Send us a room photo, wall width, ceiling height, preferred style, and any colors you want to highlight or avoid. We can suggest suitable artwork, size, and frame direction.
